One-sided, highly absorbent noise protection works like a sponge 

Absorbent and highly absorbent noise barriers "soak up" the sound.  

An element consists of horizontal upper and lower belts that are held by vertical posts on the left and right. Vertical half-logs are attached to belts at the sound side, with a diameter of 55 mm, at a center distance of 11 cm. A vertical tongue-and-groove formwork is attached to the belts at the back. There is anti-vandalism protection behind the logs, which consists of black, robust plastic mesh. 40 mm thick insulation mat with black glass fleece is then attached. The glass fleece prevents water from entering the mat. An air gap is created between the insulation mat and the inner formwork. It also increases noise protection. If required, additional middle belts are installed.

Wall element, highly absorbent on one side, with airborne sound insulation of DLr = 30 dB acc. to ZTV-Lsw 6, insulation group A3, and with sound absorption of DLa = 10 dB acc. to ZTV-Lsw 06 or sound absorption group A3.
